Board of Trustees
The Triton College Board of Trustees consists of seven individuals, elected for six-year terms, who represent the voters of the district; and one student representative selected by the student body for a one-year term.
All Board members are in compliance with Public Act 99-0692 related to state-mandated trustee leadership training.

- Attend a Board meeting. The Board of Trustees allows time at each of its meetings for Citizen Participation. Any district resident, employee, or student can sign up to speak to the Board during the public meeting. See Board Policy 1125 Guidelines for Public Comment at Board Meeting for further information.

Board Meetings
The Triton College Board of Trustees holds its regular meetings once a month in the Boardroom (A-300) on the third floor of the A Building on Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m. (unless posted and indicated on the agenda). Board meetings are open to the public.

Notice of 2024 Regular Board Meetings: The Board of Trustees has set its regular meeting dates for calendar year 2024 as: January 23, 2024; February 20, 2024; March 19, 2024; April 16, 2024; May 21, 2024; June 18, 2024; July 16, 2024; August 27, 2024; September 24, 2024; October 15, 2024; November 19, 2024; December 17, 2024. All meetings will be held at Triton College, 2000 N Fifth Avenue in River Grove, Illinois in the A Building Boardroom, A-300, at 6:30 p.m. unless otherwise posted.

All meetings will be held at Triton College, 2000 N Fifth Avenue in River Grove, Illinois in the A Building Boardroom, A-300, at 6:30 p.m. unless otherwise posted.
Board Academic Affairs/Student Affairs Committee
The Board Academic Affairs/Student Affairs Committee is advisory, and makes reports and recommendations to the Board of Trustees regarding academic and student matters. The Committee holds regular meetings most months in the Boardroom, A-300 (third floor of the A Building). Open to the public, committee meetings are held on Wednesdays at 5 p.m. (unless otherwise posted), two weeks prior to regular meetings of the Board of Trustees. See the Meeting Schedule (below) to access agendas and approved minutes of the Committee.
PLEASE NOTE: The Board Academic Affairs/Student Affairs Committee does not meet in the months of January and July.
